Context

Mindston Capital is an independent, AMF-approved asset management company specialising in real estate investment funds.

The existing website needed several adjustments to improve the clarity of information, the overall structure and access to strategic content, especially regarding the investment funds.

The client's requests covered several key points:

  • improve access to the “Our funds” page with a pop-up

  • restructure parts of the website

  • strengthen the overall consistency of the WordPress site

  • add a more complete, functional footer

An important aspect of the project was managing access to certain pages, in a regulated and sensitive context.

The build

The work was carried out on WordPress, with particular attention to the stability and clarity of the site.

Several months after the first phase of the project, the client contacted me again following a change of web host.

The WordPress site no longer displayed correctly and needed to be fully brought back online.

I took care of:

  • diagnosing the problem

  • restoring the website

  • bringing the WordPress site back online

This allowed the client to quickly get a working website back.

Technical details

  • A pop-up providing controlled access to the “Our funds” page

  • Partial redesign to improve readability and navigation

  • A new page dedicated to the investment funds

  • A new, restructured footer

  • Technical and structural adjustments across the site

Outcome

The Mindston Capital website now has:

  • a clearer structure

  • controlled access to sensitive content

  • better overall consistency

  • a stable setup after the hosting migration

This collaboration reflects a long-term relationship of trust, with work that is at once functional, structural and technical.
